1R58 probes are specially designed for inline resistivity or conductivity measurement. These stainless steel coaxial probes have almost an unlimited life in normal operation mode.

The standard length of the probe is 60mm (under shoulder).
Standard moulded coaxial cable length is 3m (length can be adjusted on request).

1R58CT probe has a PT100 sensor which permits temperature measurement.

Cleanliness of the electrodes is very important in order to obtain an accurate measurement. Both electrodes have to be smooth and shiny. A check-up is necessary regularly (every month).

Least dirtiness can short-circuited the electrodes and give a wrong measurement. The electrodes can be cleaned passing a rag between them.

(Nota: the probe in the air gives an infinite measurement and « zero » in short-circuit).
