1R28 probes are specially designed for inline resistivity measurement. These stainless steel coaxial probes, with a 1/4’’ threading easy to use, have almost an unlimited life in normal operation mode.

The standard length of the probe is 48mm (without connector).
Coaxial cable length in standard is 3m (length can be adjusted on request).

Cleanliness of the electrodes is very important in order to obtain an accurate measurement. Both electrodes have to be smooth and shiny. A check-up is necessary regularly (every month).

Least dirtiness can short-circuited the electrodes and give a wrong measurement. The electrodes can be cleaned passing a rag between them.

(Nota: the probe in the air gives an infinite measurement and « zero » in short-circuit).
