General features

The «OSM3 C» controller is totally autonomous. It permits regulation of osmosis machine in production. None electrical cabinet is necessary for the osmosis controller operation. Power control is integrated in the enclosure.
For the high power pump control (>4KW), it is necessary to have a pump starting box.
With both integrated conductivity measurements, softened water measurements and the osmosis water are always displayed.
Totally controlled by microprocessors, the osmosis controller do the following cycle :
Attempt – Production – Rinsing - Washing -Regeneration –manual disinfection

Washing and rinsing functions are done according to user’s registered setting (setting by the keyboard). A default led informs of the dysfunction in the instrument. A simple lecture on the screen shows the type of default.
6 TOR contact inputs for: mini level/max level/overpressure/water missing/concentred/softener in regeneration.
6 outputs for: pump/admission/washing/rinsing/alarm/softener
